Eric is an Associate Lawyer at Ashley Fisch Alliance Immigration Lawyers.

Throughout law school and since being called to the bar, Eric has focused on and specialized in the areas of Canadian immigration and refugee law.

He provides legal services in all areas of Canadian immigration and refugee law with a focus on reuniting families and helping vulnerable persons remain in Canada. His areas of expertise includes representing refugee claimants before all division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, to processing applications for permanent residence through family sponsorship, humanitarian and compassionate grounds and Express Entry.

Eric is detail oriented and results-driven-always seeking to empower clients by providing options, guidance and advice that best suits their individual goals and objectives. Eric is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and holds a Juris Doctor and Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
